Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you require a different size, we offer a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Customers are required to send the product back to us at their own shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the item in original condition, we will dispatch the requested size (subject to availability).

In case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item if available. If the same piece or size is not available, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion. A clear packet opening video is mandatory for any defect claim and must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened without cuts or pauses.

• Exchanges are only applicable for size issues.
• Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
