Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rang Mahal (DAADU KI HATTI), customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Cancellation  
   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. Returns  
   Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery:
   - Product must be unused  
   - Tags must be intact  
3. Refunds  
   Refunds will be processed after product inspection.  
   Shipping charges will be deducted.
4. Defective Products  
   - Replacement or refund will be provided  
   - Packet opening video is mandatory  
5. Processing Time  
   Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
