We want you to love what you wear. Free size exchange is available within 3 days of delivery—just contact us to proceed. Returns are accepted within 3 days; return shipping will be deducted and the balance refunded after we receive the product in original condition. In rare defect cases, we’ll replace the item if available or issue a refund. Packet opening video is mandatory for defect claims. Free exchange applies only to prepaid orders.
